Spice Stories: Culture, History, and Gastronomy In-Person
Spice Stories is a monthly hands-on class that invites participants to discover the rich stories, flavors, and cultural significance of a different spice each session. Each session features a unique seasoning, exploring its origin, flavor profile, cultural significance, and culinary uses. From the fiery kick of chili to the floral warmth of cardamom, each spice unlocks a world of culinary tradition and global history.
