Book Talks - Staff Picks: Wyrd Sisters by Terry Pratchett In-Person

Come join us in discussing Wyrd Sisters by the legendary Sir Terry Pratchett. Wyrd Sisters is a humorous homage to the works of William Shakespeare, Macbeth in particular. If you are not brushed up on your Elizabethan theatre, don’t worry, Wyrd sisters is clever and thought provoking in its own right.

This book talk is open to anyone. Hardcore fans of Terry Pratchett who want to discuss one of his first truly great books. Beginners looking for a way into the Discworld universe (Wyrd Sisters is a great place to start!). Even those of you who have never heard of Terry Pratchett or Discworld before in your life, but think you would enjoy a version of Macbeth where the three witches decide “if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.”
